Also, Daniel has extensive experience in providing opinions regarding freedom of action and patentability, as well as extensive experience in analyzing and providing answers to examination reports in China, Japan, EPO, PCT and the United States. Eyal Kimmel is an Israeli lawyer with a master’s degree in law from the University of Toronto, with 21 years of experience as a lawyer.
Eyal deals with litigation in the field of trademarks and designs (models), including legal proceedings before the Registrar of Trademarks and Designs.
Also, Eyal deals with accompanying businesses in the field of commercial law starting from the establishment stage and throughout the life of the business, including the drafting of agreements and legal accompaniment with the various interfaces of the business.
Michael Shusterman is an entrepreneur, inventor and industrial designer for about 12 years specializing in the development and design of consumer products.
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education (B.ED) specializing in industrial design from the kibbutzim seminary, Tel Aviv. Consultant and official lecturer of “Ma’of” in the field of industrial design (11619), initiator of the course – “Starting a business for designers”.
